Prices
This is the scary part, we know.We truthfully want to beat everyones price but we are extremely excellent certified technicians =) So here are our rates.
$ 80.00 per hour for labor
Hardware is not included. Parts will be purchased and paid for separately.
We have an alternative membership service, it is $300.00 a year and we will cut the hourly in half, give you same day service, two free hours of service, and 24/7 telephone technical support. The hourly is $80.00 per hour, so if you go with the membership it's $40.00 per hour.
This covers all of the devices in your home. The membership is not per computer or per device. We also are not shady techs who try and camp out to make that hourly rate grow. (We know techs like that) We will come out for a 1 hour minimum and diagnose and repair any issue possible onsite. If things look like they will get lengthy we will ask to remove the PC back to our shop to work on it.
The reason is that some nasty viruses and extensive hardware issues can take hours to fix and we can do this with an automated process in the comfort of our shop. This will save you money. After the computer repair is completed we bring it back and set it back up for you. Plus you as a customer might not want some nerdy guy sitting around your house while you try and cook dinner. Unless you want to feed us =)

About BAM!
My name is Mick. I have over 15 years of experience in all aspects of information systems and information technology. While I was playing online games one night with some friends of mine(who are just as nerdy as I am), I presented an idea:
"Why not take all of our years of experience and expertise in volatile network and server environments and bring that into homes for residential service in the Tampa Bay area?"
What does this mean? This means that the same guys that work professionally during the day in large corporations to keep your Internet working properly or to make sure someone gets that email you sent, will come to your home and work on your computers and networks. We were pretty much wasting our nights playing video games so why not, right?
Also we do our work after 5:00PM on weekdays and after 9:00AM on weekends. So you don't have to try and take off work to meet the technician. Plus we want to keep our day jobs =)
